Steps:


1. Find what causes your claustrophobia.

2. Talk to a doctor or therapist to help you determine the cuase of your cluastrophobia.

3. Find ways on how to calm your body and mind.

4. Put yourself in a situation where it triggers your cluastrophobia.

5. Start thinking of more positive or rational thoughts that will replace the negative ones that causes fear. This is called cognitive behavioral therapy.

6. Repeat steps 4 to 5 until you do not have claustrophobia
